I spent a lot of time looking a specific used VW Passat wagon. I found the car listed at Bob Bell but being from NJ I was apprehensive buying from out of state. I needed not to worry because the whole experience was top notch. Our salesman handled every thing smoothly and efficiently. The one minor mechanical issue with the car was resolved without an issue. A great car buying experience, very highly recommended.

I purchased a new KIA at Bob Bell in March 2011. My sales rep was phenominal in all aspects. Recently (November 2011) I was rear ended and subsequently my car was totaled, I figured the first time was a great experience...I'll walk through Bob Bells doors again. It is amazing to me when an already superb (customer) service oriented business continues to strive to better themselves. I contacted John Nyberg, explained the situation and he immediately went to work. He asked me the basic details of what I was looking, I received a phone call back within a couple of hours of status of locating a vehicle and also was informed of who my sales rep would be this time around, Jason Grimm. Under the circumstances (customers/people in general can be rather impatient after a bad accident), Mr. Nyberg couldn't have recommended a better sales rep. Jason is young, eager, enthusiastic, and was upbeat throughout the entire process. John and Jason searched the Tri-State area and within days found my vehicle. Less than a week after the accident, I was up and running again in the vehicle of my choice. "Customer Appreciation" takes on a whole new meaning at Bob Bell... I brought two cars in one day at bob bell and the customer service was great and was very happy by the time I left I received all kinds of deals and Jason Grimm was outstanding he made sure that me and my daughter were ok in everything . Recently purchased new Kia Sorento from Bob Bell (located on Eastern Ave., MD.). Our Sales Consultant (Mr. John Sandalis) was honest, knowledgeable and very professional. He stuck to his quotation and answered all of questions. He travelled to another dealership to provide the vehicle we requested. I recently was in an accident which involved damage to my front end. Took my Nissan Sentra to Bob Bell Nissan to get repaired. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was more than reasonable considering the amount of body work done. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I will be visiting them the next time I am in the market to buy a car.
Ben worked with my father while deciding what new car to get for myself. He was extremelly knowledgeable and professional as well as personable and kind. He was amazingly patient while I was questioning and he worked out a fantastic deal for us. I love my 09 Nissan Versa. It is beautiful and sleek and fun to drive. I went here looking for a used car and walked out with a brand new car. As soon as I arrived Bill Kauffman walked right over and introduced his self and started to assist us. He also sold my mother her car like a year ago (she was with me and told me he was the one who sold her, her car). I test drove two cars an Impala and a Sebring. Then when we went inside to see what we could do they offered me a really good deal on a brand new 2010 Altima. Bill took me outside to look at the car and then I test drove it. I loved it! It was better than the other two I test drove and the deal was to good to pass up. They really worked with me to get the payments where I felt comfortable. I did have to have a co-signer and everywhere else I went looking for a car they did not want to put me on the loan at all so the car would just be in my co signers name. BobBell not only put me on the loan so I could gain credit for the car I was going to be paying for but they put me first and everything went in my name. My over all experience with Bob Bell was so good that I will never buy a car anywhere else! I have already recommended them to everyone I know. Bill Kauffman was very friendly, honest and very informational as well as the whole team I worked with. This is my very first brand new car and the experience couldn't have been better. Thanks Bill and everyone at BobBell who helped make this happen for me. I give BobBell two thumbs up!!
